Many of the instructions, references, and aids listed on this site have been gleaned from other teachers' work, web sites, books, etc. In every case where I know the author, I have left the text's URL on the bottom of the page, or have directed the link straight to the original web site. In some cases, the materials contained here were passed on to me from my own professors, and many times I do not know their original origin.
